He was drawn in September of 2001. His drawing is counting 10 people.0:38This page is dedicated to police officer James Leahy. He is the first figure that I have drawn0:44in my dedication to all of us. His drawings made at the bottom of heart two. I was pleased to start0:52here because Washington and 13th was a nice blend of my patriotic sensibilities and my favorite0:58number. I was very nervous to start drawing. When I arrived at this intersection, I was greeted by a1:03sign. The folks at Diamond Meatpacker made this beautiful plaque for Mr. 8943. It was a good place1:10to start. He was carrying oxygen tanks to firefighters on September 11th. Marcella told1:18Newsday, I've known him since I was 11. That's why this is so hard. Everything in my life, he was there.← Location 100Heart Two · Location 101Location 102 →
