His drawing is counting ten people. All throughout0:36the Times Square area is a constant patrol of young men with their eyes to0:41the ground. They sweep in on any trash that lands in their domain and redirect0:47it to their wheeled garbage cans. In the photo on the right I am talking to the0:52Tsar of this intersection and receiving the necessary approval to draw freely.0:57Lee. He allowed us to do our job, and he continued doing his. And with the merging of our workforces,1:04an argument could be made that this intersection was improved even more. During the blizzard of1:101996, he was heading uptown from New York Hospital after his father had surgery there.1:15On every other corner, there was a poor soul looking for a cab, said Nancy, Amigra, and his1:19sister. One by one, firefighter Carroll picked up the snow-covered New Yorkers and drove them home.1:24We were so relieved about my father that we would have driven anybody to tell us.← Location 163Heart Two · Location 164Location 165 →
