He was drawn in July of 2004.0:37This drawing is counting one person.0:40Well, one thing just has occurred to me, actually,0:42as we've been spending all the last couple minutes talking about place versus non-place,0:45is that what you've done is you've taken these non-places,0:48and by putting a drawing there, marking it as a location, as a place to be visited,0:52you've turned these 490 non-places into 490 places,0:59that you've created places out of the non-place.1:00We don't really know if anybody will actually pursue trying to go to each location,1:07but we wanted to provide the opportunity for someone to walk the same path they're walking today1:12using these clues to visit the non-spaces.1:17And, you know, there is no drawing there anymore,1:20but we had the drawing on the phone, and it provides an opportunity for an act of reflection on the names.1:26Maybe quite possibly for somebody that's going to be a powerful experience.1:34Billy Mahoney helped his company drag an unconscious woman out of a blazing apartment in Woodside1:40and then watched the firefighters erupt into a fist fight and food fight in the Queen's Firehouse kitchen minutes later.1:48He took in the mingled stink of blood, smoke, and flour and grinned at his new colleagues.1:54I think I'm going to like it here, Mahoney said.1:58A Lakeland volunteer firefighter who once was mischievous enough to lob a meatball at the face of an angry chief.← Location 383Heart Four · Location 384Location 385 →
