He was drawn in July of 2004. His drawing is counting one person.0:39Part of the project we're working on right now, the making of these podcasts,0:42the notion of a podcast didn't enter popular American culture until just a year ago.0:47Right. The tools that have come out in the last year and a half have dramatically changed the way0:53that this project will ultimately be presented to most of its viewers.0:58And this hits a note for me because I spent a lot of time working with Mike1:03to come up with, at the time, really fantastic and well-designed roundabouts1:12to how people might browse through the Hope Project1:15or how people might browse through Hart 4 specifically.1:19And we did some pretty tricky stuff with what we knew at the time.1:23Since then, all of it's been blown out of the water with the open sourcing of Google Earth,1:30which allows somebody to not only navigate the streets of Manhattan,1:33but to do so in 3D with polygon buildings that you can add to.1:39In the fall of 2001, I verbalized that that's one of my fantasies.1:44I was like, you know what would be super awesome is if you could have like a 3D AutoCAD version of Manhattan1:50and somehow magically take the pictures and you put them on the building and1:55people could fly in there and they could really experience in 3d and it's like I1:59know it can never happen but it's just good to you know just a thought of it2:03makes me happy2:062006 [unclear] we have that now [unclear] it was Thank You Google it was2:14It was free. It just happened. It runs smoother than food.2:19It didn't cost us any of our tax money.2:22It was one of the easiest things we've ever done.2:24The entire project, it only took me four days to map everything.2:28It is the thing that people are the most impressed by.2:34She called her brother a big, warm-hearted, loving kind of guy2:37who was popular with everyone he met in his Woodside neighborhood.2:41neighborhood. He always had so many friends, she said.
