Hofer.1:05He was drawn in March of 2003.1:10His drawing is counting six people.1:15This is a hard one and was skipped.1:18Too many people, too official a building.1:21AP hangs out in the building. We watched some smokers come in and out and tried to time them1:28to find the perfect moment to pounce on a blank surface. But the plaza entrance does not lend1:33itself to drawing in secret. The sun is high. But as we left the space, we discovered two nozzles,1:42Y-mounted fire department connections made of brass with hearts molded on top of their nozzles.1:50wild they provide a well-timed compliment to our excursion and intentions funny to say1:58that came second but it is a nice coincidence2:052004 finally a year later we find the right timing for drawing in this corporate plaza2:10again it is a sunny day and the circular bench seating is crowded with tourists2:15the rivers of people that circulate in and out of the adjoining tall structures have dried up for2:22the weekend in an empty riverbed in the shaded entranceway to one of the rockefeller buildings2:27i find a secluded moment for drawing 15 minutes after leaving the drawing we ran into security2:34officers looking for a group of people that had just put up a sign the persons and actions that2:40he described did not match us. But it was an eerie and slightly paranoia-inducing coincidence2:46nonetheless. John A. Hofer had just made his first trip to the East Coast, and he reveled in the2:52chance to see a Boston Red Sox baseball game at Fenway Park. He also enjoyed playing golf in Cape2:58God, where Wenkes' family holds an annual tournament for family and friends. Hoffer and Wenkes were← Location 224Heart Three · Location 225Location 226 →
