This is Thomas Kennedy.0:37He was drawn in March of 2004. His drawing is counting one person. Sundays are great for drawing.0:47Sundays are great for a lot of things, but drawing on large corporate buildings has to rank up there0:52with sleeping in, going to church, and finishing that project in the garage. I'm glad that Sunday0:58is a day of pseudo-rest. Sure, most places are still open and you can still do a lot,1:04but the empty streets and darkened buildings let us know that Sunday still has a lot of power.1:10Back in Providence, Rhode Island, Sundays are taken pretty seriously. Eating and shopping are1:15in serious disarray on the day of sun, and on a completely unrelated note, the movie 28 Days Later1:22has some really amazing sequences shot in London where the streets are completely abandoned.1:26There is also footage of the main character driving down completely deserted highways in the middle of the day.1:33None of these shots were computer altered.1:36They achieved these sequences with a fine balance of asking permission and perfect timing.1:41The movie itself is definitely not for everyone, but the DVD making of lends itself to some interesting insight into how to spontaneously achieve a large-scale project.1:52We have been spontaneously achieving for a long time now1:55and have no idea how all of this is going to end.2:00Thomas J. Kennedy had the sort of welcoming face that babies and children love.2:05Wherever he went, they would try to make friends.2:08He would treat kids as if they were adults, said a brother, Bob.2:12Then he would play the kid himself at the same time.2:16As a father, Mr. Kennedy cherished his children's bedtime rituals,2:20administering evening baths and reading Goodnight Moon.← Location 338Heart Three · Location 339Location 340 →
